The Tagtool is an instrument for live performance drawing and animation, developed by a group of programmers and artists at Office for Media and Arts International, who are affiliated with Strukt. It’s like a video game that’s all about drawing as a team. We use it for interactive drawing, stage design, music visualisation and performances with live musicians and street artists. The aim is a) to explore the experience of drawing with 21st century tools, and b) to create an instrument for spontaneous real-time animation. More information can be found on tagtool.org. |
